Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using PA Posse (paposse.tv, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. PA Posse memberships and race purchases are for your personal, non-commercial use — do not share your login, rebroadcast, or publicly display our streams. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

PA Posse offers single-race purchases and recurring memberships (Monthly, Season and Annual). Recurring memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Single-race purchases grant access to that race's live stream and its replay in the Vault.

Prices, plans and included content may change. Any change to a recurring price will not apply until your next renewal. Billing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); see our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled and our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

You agree not to copy, record, download, scrape, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service or its streams; not to circumvent any access controls or geographic restrictions; and not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or that interferes with other members' access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All race broadcasts, recordings, graphics, logos and other materials on the Service are owned by PA Posse or its partners and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the content you have access to — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

Race nights are live events that depend on factors outside our control, including weather, track schedules and third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any particular race will be streamed, will start on time, or will be available without interruption. We aim to make every feature available in the Vault, but cannot guarantee a replay for every event.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PA Posse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. Questions about these terms? Email hello@paposse.tv.
