Refund Policy
How refunds work for single races and memberships, and what happens if a stream fails.

01The short version
Races are live, time-sensitive events. Once a race has started or a replay has been viewed, single-race purchases are generally non-refundable. But if a stream fails on our end, we will make it right — read on for the details, or just email usand we'll sort it out.
02Single-race purchases
When you buy access to a single race, you are buying entry to a specific live event and its replay. Because of the time-sensitive nature of live content, single-race purchases are generally non-refundable once the race has begun or once you have started watching the live stream or replay. If you bought the wrong race by mistake and have not yet watched it, contact us before the event and we will do our best to help.
03When a stream fails on our end
If a race you purchased fails to stream because of a problem on our side — and we are unable to provide a working replay — you are entitled to a refund or account credit for that purchase. This does not cover interruptions caused by your own internet connection or device, or by a live event being delayed, shortened or canceled by the track or weather.
04Memberships and cancellations
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period and then does not renew — we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law. Season and Annual passes are paid up front for their full term and are generally non-refundable once access has been used.
05Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us right away with the email on your account. We will investigate promptly and refund any duplicate or unauthorized charge.
06How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
07How to request a refund
Email hello@paposse.tv from (or referencing) the email address on your account, and tell us which race or membership the request is about and what went wrong. The more detail you give us, the faster we can help. See our Terms of Service and FAQs for more.
