This Privacy Policy explains what information PA Posse (paposse.tv) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service — your account, your purchases and a smooth stream — and to be straightforward about it.

We collect:

• Account information — your email address, display name and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Purchase information — the races and memberships you buy and their status. Card details are entered with and handled by our payment processor; we never store your full card number.
• Usage and device data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages and streams you view, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.

We use your information to:

• Provide your account, process purchases and deliver the streams you have access to.
• Send service messages such as receipts, renewal notices and important updates.
• Keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal duties.
• Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

We send marketing email only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time from your notification preferences or via the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. When you pay, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe under their terms and privacy policy. PA Posse receives confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand) needed to manage your purchases — not your full card number.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service and measure how it is used. Essential cookies are required for the Service to work; you can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as our payment processor and streaming and hosting providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can review and update your profile, manage notification preferences, and delete your account from your account settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information — contact us and we will help you exercise them.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
